ActDeux provides an entrepreneurial assessment platform that includes a free archetype quiz and a paid Business Matching Assessment (“BMA”). The BMA generates personalized business opportunity recommendations using AI analysis.

2. Accounts

To purchase the BMA, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information.

3. Payments

The BMA is a one-time purchase of $299 USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you complete the full assessment and are not satisfied with the results.

4. AI-Generated Content

Business recommendations, opportunity analyses, and action plans are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and personalization, these outputs are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or professional advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making business decisions.

5. Data Usage

Your assessment responses are used to generate personalized recommendations. Some data is processed by third-party AI services (OpenAI) to produce personalized narrative content. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and methodology on ActDeux is owned by Bridge Venture Lab LLC. Your personalized reports are yours to use and share.

7. Limitation of Liability

ActDeux provides recommendations based on the information you share. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
